Is there any job I can do if I can't do camming anymore? Trigger warning.

So if I live I will not be able to cam anymore. I just found out on my genome I have 3 variations for breasts cancer that made me 1.7 times more likely for breast cancer 1.6 more likely and yet another variant on top of that and have been feeling pain for 4 years. If I'm ok I am probably not going to have my boobs any longer. I sell mostly off having very nice boobs triple D's. So without them I am done. I am wondering is there anything one can do without being seen? A part of me feels like I am getting punished and I don't even really want to cam rn because of it. Fear of my mortality etc. But I am just wondering if I get to a point where I'm still alive after this is there any type of work that would not require me to go topless? Or should I just think about going back to school?
